About Me

If it is not clear yet, I LOVE fitness.  Since I was very young I've had dreams about being a bodybuilder, completing IronMans, and pursuing a career that involves fitness. I used to beg my mom to let me sign up at a normal gym at 10 years old but instead she signed me up with a personal trainer at what is now ATI but used to be Attain in East Longmeadow, MA.  My personal trainer is one of the MAIN reasons I fell even deeper in love with fitness.  My man Chad always had a smile on his face!  He would get me so excited to come in every single day and work my butt off.  The improvement I saw in a year was AMAZING and it was then I knew that I wanted to one day become a personal trainer.  BTW I am 13 at ATI in the picture to the right and with my AWESOME co-workers/friends in the picture to the left at Club Fitness

So there is my backstory.  Now I am 18 and fitness has been a part of my everyday life for the past 8 years.  I study at Springfield College and I am in the accelerated Physical Therapy program.  Currently I am a volunteer youth basketball coach for Longmeadow Basketball, an amateur powerlifter, and work at my WONDERFUL home gym Club Fitness in Enfield, CT.  When I am not in the gym/exercising/cooking etc (yes, I do have other hobbies, shockingly), I am either jamming to Blackbear and Halsey, playing piano/saxophone or spending time with my amazing family, friends or my lovely girlfriend.  My schedule might seem pretty jampacked but I absolutely love being busy.

One last thing you should know about me, my training philosophy.  My number one rule with personal training.  The pinnacle, the Magna Carta, the Holy Grail.  YOU NEED TO BE ENJOYING IT!  There is nothing worse than looking at your schedule and seeing you have a session later and absolutely dreading it.  Believe me, I have been there.  Sure, you might be getting stronger, building stamina, or accomplishing whatever goals we are working towards but where is the fun in that if you hate it, am I right?  So let's do what we gonna DO and have a blast doing it :)

At this point I hope you're at least considering scheduling a couple sessions with me.  Details on how to book are under the "How to book/contact me" page.
